Deutz-Fahr 5080D Keyline GS

The Deutz-Fahr 5080D Keyline GS is a rugged, straightforward utility tractor designed to deliver high performance without the complexity of modern emissions fluids. The "GS" (Global Selection) designation indicates the inclusion of a hydraulic power shuttle, making this model significantly more efficient for loader work and repetitive directional changes compared to the standard mechanical shuttle versions.

The 5080D Keyline is powered by a 3-cylinder FARMotion 35 engine. This 2.9-liter powerplant is specifically tuned to reach its 75–80 horsepower peak without the need for DEF (AdBlue) or a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) regeneration cycle. This "no-maintenance" emissions system is a major advantage for Field Iron customers who want to avoid the electronics and sensors that often cause downtime in modern engines.

The GS (Power Shuttle) transmission allows the operator to switch between forward and reverse using a simple lever on the steering column without touching the clutch pedal. This system also includes the SenseClutch feature, which allows you to adjust the aggressiveness of the shuttle engagement in five levels, and the Stop&Go function, which lets you stop the tractor using only the brake pedals. This combination makes it one of the most intuitive and least fatiguing tractors in its class for feeding livestock or moving pallets.

Inside the cab, the 5080D offers a spacious, flat-floor environment with 360-degree visibility. With a 55-degree steering angle and 4-wheel braking, the Keyline GS provides a level of maneuverability and stopping power that is rarely found in an economical utility tractor.
